refunds + exchanges

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your artwork. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to damage, you may be eligible for a refund. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

Refunds

  • Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are only issued for artworks that arrive damaged.
    • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of damage within 7 days of receiving the artwork. Acceptable forms of proof include photos of the damaged artwork and packaging.
  • Refund Process:

    • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team using the contact form with your order number and proof of damage.
    • Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and give the appropriate details to return the damaged artwork.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
  • Non-Refundable Situations:

    • Artworks that are not damaged are not eligible for refunds.
    • Any request made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

  • Policy on Exchanges:
    • We do not offer exchanges for any artwork. All sales are final once the artwork is shipped, except in cases where a refund is warranted due to damage as detailed above.
